My Easter Present!!

It's a Fuji FinePix. So far I love it. The kids aren't allowed to touch this one! It takes great pics and does video as well. When I put in the old memory card all the pics looked distorted and blurred. Shule told me AFTER I had deleted all of Spencer's birthday pics that it's probably just how it translated from the different cameras...so now I have no pics of Spencer's birthday, except what Shule took on his phone. Hopefully he has some good ones!!

A BIG THANK YOU!!

One of my good friends just got back from a cruise to Mexico!! Yipee she brought me back my favorite Mexican Vanilla!! If you haven't used it, your missin' out!! Thanks so much Shaye and Dan!

Easter Sunday!

We had a great Easter this year. We have early church so we didn't do any Easter stuff until we got home! The kids were actually good about it!! The kids didn't get awhole lot of goodies in their baskets, but were pleased when they found a treasure hunt egg!! It lead them around the house to thier final destination point, which was the clothes dryer. Buried in the mound of clothes they found Dance Dance Revolution for the Wii!!! They were super excited! I even tried it out! It seems to be a fun thing, but definitely isn't as easy at it seems! It will take some practice! The kids got new Easter outfits, but we managed to get all the rejects from Target it seems. Spencer's pants broke as soon as I went to put them on, Joseph's button chipped in half and Jaren's pants broke when he went to take them off after church. Oh well I guess. I was able to snap each of the kids except Spencer before the got thier clothes dirtied or just decided that they didn't want to wear them anymore.

After church we did our easter egg hunt and then it was naptime! We went to the rents house for dinner! It was nice having everyone together. It only happens once a month! Hope you all had a great dinner!!

**What do you get...**

**When a curious 6 year old finds the phone?**

***3 Multnomah County police officers pounding at your door!!***

That's right, Joseph decided to give 911 a try. He said he didn't push the phone on, but he evidently did. The officer said it came through as an incomplete call which means they had to respond! What a great way to wake up!!! I think he learned his lesson though. She made him come up and talk to her about it!!! He went and hid in the corner for about a half hour after they left! So, now he knows he's not allowed to pick up the phone unless he ASKS!!!

Catching up!

What a week it's been. Between the twins puking and Spencer having to be rushed to the emergency room we have had a whirlwind of a week.

On the 24th we celebrated Spencers 1st birthday with family and friends. I need to download the pics still, but I will get them on here! We had a nacho bar for dinner and then homemade cake! YUMMY! I'm glad I didn't purchase one like I was going to just for times sake. It turned out so cute and we had just the right amount. There were about 30 of us!! Spencer enjoyed his cake and got lots of fun stuff for his birthday. Mostly summer clothes which he will need badly when it hits that time of year. My favorite gift that he received was from Papa and Grammy they got him carharts overalls. I haven't put them on him yet cause I wanna get pics with him in them! But that means I have to get ANOTHER new camera, because mine is once again busted! Anyway...we had a great time! Thanks to everyone!
Spencer is taking part in a vaccination study of a new MMRV shot. It's a 6 month process and all studies are payed for! His first visit he ahd to have blood drawn and all of his regular vaccinations plus the new one! He was a brave little boy. It's quite the deal that you get. You get all of your materials for monitoring free, which includes...a digital ear themometer with extra covers, a rectal thermometer with extra covers, a pen, and he also received a $50 gift card to target for all the torture!! His next two visits they will draw blood again and he will receive more giftcards! All in all it's not a bad deal. We have to take his temp everynight before he goes to bed and record it and that's about all we do on our part!
Joseph and Jaren have been taking turns puking the last week. Neither one of them has made it to the toilet, which sure makes for a fun cleanup!
Shule took part of the tax return money and bought himself a new old car!! It's a 1977 Mercedes diesel. It really is a cute car and is in great shape! I'm sure it had all the bells and whistles for it's time. It still has the stock radio which amazingly works! Has the original hubcaps as well which are totally awesome. I love mercedes. He is getting into the whole bio-diesel thing and has already made his first batch of fuel and put it in the car last night. He's a brave man!! When and if I get a new camera I will post pics!!
