This month we celebrated our 10th annual Halloween Costume Party. Everyone dresses up and we play games, eat yummy food and have lots of fun!! This year G&M were in charge of dinner and they made yummy enchiladas! We also had rice, homemade rootbeer, beans and salad! It was delicious. After dinner we celebrated Papa's birthday and then we went into our halloween festivities. We played the Chicken game, it's always a big hit and a hoot to watch!! Here's how you play:
Before your guests arrive you hide candy corn all over the house...in obvious and some harder places.
You divide all your guests into groups. Each group picks a mother hen...everyone left then becomes the baby chicks. When the timer begins, we normally do it for 2-3 minutes your baby chicks search the house for candy corns with thier hands behind thier backs. Then they have to cluck as loud as they can so the mother hen can come and collect the corn for them. The team with the most candy corns in there buckets wins!!! It's quite hilarious!! Here's a video that shows the wildness!!!
Everyone's costumes were adorable!! Thanks for another fun Halloween party!!
